German pilsner is characteristically dry and hoppy with a nice background bitterness. Ours is a classic example of the style brewed with Pilsner malt and hopped with Saphir and Spalt Select.ABV : 5.0% IBU : 33
This pale ale will likely come across more like a session IPA than most pale ales in the market. We kept the malt profile light so that the hops could shine.ABV : 5.0% IBU : 35
Our signature IPA is made in the east coast style. This style of IPA is characterized by a light malt profile with a big pulpy body that is there to complement the intense juicy character coming from the hops.ABV : 6.7% IBU : 50
Dead Of Night
Hopped with 2018 Galaxy, this IPA beer punches through with the big dank pineapple notes that we have come to know and love from this hop.ABV : 6.6% IBU : 28
Suck It Cancer
Throwing back to last year’s fan favourite – “Suck It Trebek”- we’ve flipped the script on this beer, renamed it and collaborated on the can design with the estate of local Squamish artist Chili Thom, who succumbed to cancer in 2016.ABV : 5.5% IBU : 28
Maple Bay IPA
Fresh Hop IPA
This IPA has been brewed with fresh hops from Maple Bay Hop Farm. We used copious amounts of the lovely unique Cascade that their farm is becoming known for producing. Cheers!ABV : 6.5% IBU : 30
This team of owner-operators was formed shortly after the group realized they all were after the same thing, just in different parts of the province. Brewer John Folinsbee was planning a brewery in Squamish, industry veteran Marc Roberts had his sights on Vancouver while entrepreneur Ben Reeder and builder Adam Steinberg were looking at brewing in the Cowichan Valley on Reeder’s hop farm. After tasting John’s recipes they decided to go all in and combine forces to build the 6000 square foot brewery, tasting room and kitchen in Squamish.
