German pilsner is characteristically dry and hoppy with a nice background bitterness. Ours is a classic example of the style brewed with Pilsner malt and hopped with Saphir and Spalt Select.ABV : 5.0% IBU : 33
This pale ale will likely come across more like a session IPA than most pale ales in the market. We kept the malt profile light so that the hops could shine.ABV : 5.0% IBU : 35
Our signature IPA is made in the east coast style. This style of IPA is characterized by a light malt profile with a big pulpy body that is there to complement the intense juicy character coming from the hops.ABV : 6.7% IBU : 50

I’m Not Even Supposed To Be Here Today
Orange Creamsicle Sour
For this beer we used an ungodly amount of tangerine drowned in an ocean of vanilla, soaked on a mountain of orange zest then smashed through a nickel sized hole filled with a fist full of coconut for that extra decadent flavour.ABV : 5.5% IBU : 8
We took our year round Widowmaker IPA and brought it down to session strength. All the same Citra and Mosaic goodness at a crushable 4.0%. Cheers!ABV : 4.0% IBU : 35
This team of owner-operators was formed shortly after the group realized they all were after the same thing, just in different parts of the province. Brewer John Folinsbee was planning a brewery in Squamish, industry veteran Marc Roberts had his sights on Vancouver while entrepreneur Ben Reeder and builder Adam Steinberg were looking at brewing in the Cowichan Valley on Reeder’s hop farm. After tasting John’s recipes they decided to go all in and combine forces to build the 6000 square foot brewery, tasting room and kitchen in Squamish.
