The latest in our experimental series. We have taken one of the base imperial stouts that we use for barrel aging and have instead dosed it with soft serve ice cream, coffee from Phil and Sebastian and Grade A Vanilla Beans. As with all beers this was a collaboration of tasting trials with the entire brewing team, but the inspiration and direction for this beer was influenced by brewer Matt. We hope this beer makes you feel like you’re drinking an espresso shot through vanilla ice cream. Cheers!

This West Coast style ira was brewed with glean American yeast and dry hopped with an aggressive amount of Citra & Mosaic.⁠

Two ingredients, both alike in dignity. In fair Vienna, where we brew our beer. From ancient style to new recipe. For never was a story of less woe than this beer and its drinker’s glow.⁠

This practically-perfect-in-every-way hazy IPA will have you scrambling for a word superdelic enough to describe your emotions.⁠

This pale ale is a reboot from last year and the second iteration of this beer. It was brewed with El Dorado and Citra utilising both of these hops in both stages of the dry hop – during and post fermentation. This hop combo delivers a lovely combo of watermelon candy and bright citrus. ⁠

Our signature IPA is made in the east coast style. This style of IPA is characterized by a light malt profile with a big pulpy body that is there to complement the intense juicy character coming from the hops.

This pale ale will likely come across more like a session IPA than most pale ales in the market. We kept the malt profile light so that the hops could shine.
