This Czech Dark Lager was brewed with Bohemian Pilsner Malt, Bohemian Dark, Munich, Continental Crystal and Carafa malts. In this iteration a double decoction was performed contributing to the rich maltiness of the resulting beer. One of our favourite lagers in recent history.
