Early in the twenty-first century, IPA’s evolved into the hazy phase. These hazy IPA’s were superior in flavour and mouthfeel, and at least equal in intelligence, to the brewers who created them. Special brewery squads- blade runner units – had orders to drink any hazy IPA’s on sight.⁠ A Hazy IPA brewed with Tropical Fusion-a new Kiwi hop blend bursting with ripe passionfruit, mango, pineapple and citrus—alongside our hand-selected Citra.
