Our signature IPA is made in the east coast style. This style of IPA is characterized by a light malt profile with a big pulpy body that is there to complement the intense juicy character coming from the hops.

Trailbreaker
This pale ale will likely come across more like a session IPA than most pale ales in the market. We kept the malt profile light so that the hops could shine.

Ridgerunner
German pilsner is characteristically dry and hoppy with a nice background bitterness. Ours is a classic example of the style brewed with Pilsner malt and hopped with Saphir and Spalt Select.

A Pig And Elephants DNA Just Won’t Splice
This must be it! An experiment thought impossible to undertake! With dreams of creating pot-bellied elephants people can keep in their homes as pets, an even better idea was born. Limes, lemons, vanilla and ludicrous amounts of milk sugar came together to create this marvel of modern science. It’s thanks to the wonders beer engineering that soon there will be an end to hunger, disease, pollution, even war. A pig and elephant DNA just won’t splice, haven’t you heard that song lover boy?

Maple Bay IPA
This years FRESH HOP IPA has everyone at the brewery extremely excited! It’s been an amazing hop growing season at Maple Bay Hops farm with an absolutely stunning crop of organic Centennial and Cascade to show for it. Picked at their absolute prime, a copious amount of these beauties were used to brew this hazy, citrusy IPA. A week out and it was already tasting great in tank!
